Utilities & Internet
We take care of setting up utilities and internet for you. Most services are included in our Utility Bundle Fee, which covers water, sewer, trash, recycling, and 500 Mbps internet, with upgrade options available up to 1.2 Gbps*.
Monthly Utility Bundle Fee:
• Studio: $69/month
• 1 Bedroom: $79/month
• 2 Bedroom: $89/month
Electricity & Gas:
Billed separately and paid directly to Xcel Energy, based on your personal usage.
Parking
Free surface parking available by permit. Assigned garage parking is $100/month per space for the lease term, or $125/month for a MTM term.Furnished Rentals
We offer furnished apartments for one and two bedrooms. Call our leasing office for more information regarding availability and pricing.
